Welcome, this online guide lists community resources for transgender people all around the San Francisco Bay Area.
The original resource guide was developed as part of the Girlfriends Connect community-based research project. Girlfriends Connect included providing linkages to overall health care and risk reduction programs for trans women who are returning to the community after incarceration.
This is for use by CBOs, community members, and anyone who may come in contact with a trans person seeking services in the Bay Area.
