Antiretroviral therapy (ART) levels in hair measured by both an India-based and U.S.-based laboratory showed high agreement and correlation. ART levels and self-reported adherence were not well-correlated, indicating limitations in self-report and the need for objective adherence monitoring in resource-limited settings. (M. Gandhi, E.
