Low-literacy instructions and reminder calls for FIT samples

Among patients who were not up to date with colorectal cancer screening, the inclusion of low-literacy level instructions with reminder calls was associated with improved handling of fecal immunochemical test samples. There was no significant difference in the number of positive results between properly and improperly handled samples. (M. Somsouk, PRC SIP)
