Food insecurity and intimate partner violence among married women

Among married women in Nepal, food insecurity was associated with higher odds of intimate partner violence (IPV), including emotional and physical IPV. Interventions to prevent IPV among married, Nepalese women should address household stressors such as food insecurity, potentially through cross-sectoral approaches. (A. Conroy & S.
