Adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) in sub-Saharan Africa have the greatest burden of HIV and commonly experience intimate partner violence (IPV). Interventions that foster community collective efficacy (mutual trust and willingness to intervene on behalf of the common good) may reduce IPV among AGYW. (A. Leddy, S. Lippman, & T.
